All too often we beat ourselves up, we talk badly about the person we are and we grow more irritated with our perceived shortcomings; but this is misguided energy. We are full of amazingness. Each day we are bombarded by images and descriptions that try to make us feel like we are just not measuring up, but we truly do measure up. If we look at the heart, the core reactor, we begin to see how miraculous we already are. In each breath and each beat of the heart, we can see the where miracles start. We do not have to look far to see how amazing we really are. We have been fearfully and wonderfully created to be what our world around us needs.
